目的：探讨输尿管镜在闭合性尿道损伤临床应用的安全及有效性。方法1995年1月-2013年12月该院共收治闭合性尿道损伤病人63例，开放组采用一期尿道会师牵引术共26例，腔内组采用输尿管镜下留置导尿管＋会师术37例，对两组患者的临床数据进行统计学分析。结果与开放组相比，腔内组在手术时间、术中失血量、住院时间及术后留置尿管时间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），术后并发症尿道狭窄、勃起功能障碍及尿失禁发生差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于闭合性尿道损伤中输尿管镜的应用具有安全有效，操作简单，并发症少，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토수뇨관경재폐합성뇨도손상림상응용적안전급유효성。방법1995년1월-2013년12월해원공수치폐합성뇨도손상병인63례，개방조채용일기뇨도회사견인술공26례，강내조채용수뇨관경하류치도뇨관＋회사술37례，대량조환자적림상수거진행통계학분석。결과여개방조상비，강내조재수술시간、술중실혈량、주원시간급술후류치뇨관시간차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），술후병발증뇨도협착、발기공능장애급뇨실금발생차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대우폐합성뇨도손상중수뇨관경적응용구유안전유효，조작간단，병발증소，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficiency of ureteroscopy applied in male closed urethral injury. Methods From January 1995 to December 2013, there were a total of 63 patients with closed urethral injury admitted in our department. 26 patients in the open surgery group were treated with one-stage urethral realignment with traction, and 37 patients in the intracavi-tary surgery group were treated with ureteroscopy indwelling catheter and urethral realignment. The clinical data of two groups of patients were analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the open surgery group, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and postoperative indwelling catheter time of the intracavitary surgery group was statistically significant ( P<0.05). The postoperative complications of urethral stricture, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ureteroscopy in closed urethral injury is safe and effective with less complications and easy to operate, and is worthy of clinical application.
