目的：探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的临床效果。方法：2004年1月-2011年1月收治低位直肠癌保肛手术患者68例，对其进行回顾性分析。结果：术后死亡1例、吻合口瘘3例、切口感染4例，无大便失禁及吻合口狭窄。术后随访3年内局部复发3例，3年生存率70.6%。结论：低位直肠癌保肛手术局部复发率和生存率与 Miles 术无明显差异，可作为低位直肠癌首选术式。

목적：탐토저위직장암보항수술적림상효과。방법：2004년1월-2011년1월수치저위직장암보항수술환자68례，대기진행회고성분석。결과：술후사망1례、문합구루3례、절구감염4례，무대편실금급문합구협착。술후수방3년내국부복발3례，3년생존솔70.6%。결론：저위직장암보항수술국부복발솔화생존솔여 Miles 술무명현차이，가작위저위직장암수선술식。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of anus preserving operation for low rectal cancer.Methods:68 cases with low rectal cancer who were treated with anus preserving operation were selected from January 2004 to January 2011.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:1 case died after operation.3 cases of anastomotic fistula.4 cases of incision infection. no fecal incontinence and anastomotic stenosis.They were followed up for 3 years,3 cases of local recurrence,three years survival rate was 70.6%.Conclusion:Local recurrence rate and survival rate of patients with low rectal cancer had no obvious difference between anus preserving operation and miles operation,so anus preserving operation can be used as the preferred type of operation of low rectal cancer.
