The performance wage system reform related to the immediate interests of the general staff,therefore,to establish scientific and effective incentive and distribution plan,mobilize the staff's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,promote the healthy and sustainable development, has the extremely vital significance. In this paper through analyzing obstacle factors of performance pay system to restrict the advance,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the performance of col ege salary system reform.
