本文通过对61例上消化道出血患者加强临床观察、实施急救、加强基础护理、心理护理、健康指导，48例患者出血停止，6例死亡，7例转外科手术治疗。得出结论：急性期护理及临床观察非常重要，对上消化道出血患者严密观察病情变化，采取积极有效护理措施，可有效提高患者抢救成功率及临床治疗效果，降低病死率和再出血率。
본문통과대61례상소화도출혈환자가강림상관찰、실시급구、가강기출호리、심리호리、건강지도，48례환자출혈정지，6례사망，7례전외과수술치료。득출결론：급성기호리급림상관찰비상중요，대상소화도출혈환자엄밀관찰병정변화，채취적겁유효호리조시，가유효제고환자창구성공솔급림상치료효과，강저병사솔화재출혈솔。
In this paper,we strengthened the clinical observation,first aid,and strengthened basic nursing, psychological nursing, health guidance for 61 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.In 61 cases,through the positive rescue,treatment and careful nursing,bleeding in 48 cases was stopped,6 cases died,and 7 cases were transferred to surgery with operation treatment.Then we come to a conclusion: acute care and clinical observation are very important.The close observation of changes in condition,and taking active and effective nursing measures for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can effectively improve the success rate of patient to rescue and the clinical treatment effect,and reduce the mortality and rebleeding rate.
