目的：探讨赛肤润预防老年卧床患者臀红的临床效果，为预防老年卧床患者臀红提供简单、可靠的方法。方法：把100例老年卧床患者随机分为两组，每组50例。试验组采用赛肤润作为臀部护理用品，对照组使用爽身粉作为臀部护理用品。对比临床观察效果。结果：试验组效果优于对照组，具有统计学意义(χ2=5.983，P＜0.05)。结论：赛肤润对老年卧床患者臀红预防作用明显优于爽身粉。

목적：탐토새부윤예방노년와상환자둔홍적림상효과，위예방노년와상환자둔홍제공간단、가고적방법。방법：파100례노년와상환자수궤분위량조，매조50례。시험조채용새부윤작위둔부호리용품，대조조사용상신분작위둔부호리용품。대비림상관찰효과。결과：시험조효과우우대조조，구유통계학의의(χ2=5.983，P＜0.05)。결론：새부윤대노년와상환자둔홍예방작용명현우우상신분。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of sanyrene of prevention of elderly bedridden patients diaper dermatitis, method is simple,reliable for the prevention of the bedridden elderly patients with hip.Methods:100 cases of elderly bedridden randomly divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each group.The experimental group used sanyrene as hip care,while the control group used the talcum powder as hip nursing activities. Observe clinical effect of the two groups.Results:The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(χ2=5.983,P<0.05).Conclusion:The preventive effect is better than the powder sanyrene in elderly bedridden patients with diaper dermatitis.
