目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome,OSAS)患者血清中白细胞介素-33(IL-33/ST2)信号传导通路的表达及意义。方法:根据 ResMed sullivan autoset 睡眠呼吸监测系统进行睡眠检查确诊OSAS患者;采集静脉血,以Western-blot方法检测血清中IL-33和受体ST2的蛋白表达水平。结果:与对照组比较, OSAS 患者血清中 IL-33和 ST2的蛋白表达水平均明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:系统性炎症是OSAS的病理基础,IL-33/ST2信号传导通路很有可能参与了OSAS患者的系统性炎症。

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of interleukin-33(IL-33)/ST2 signaling pathway in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods:All cases were collected by ResMed sullivan autoset monitoring of polysomnography(PSG) and grouped.Blood specimens were collected in all cases and then western-blot was used to examine the levels of IL-33 and ST2 in serum.Results:Contrasted with control group,the levels of IL-33 and ST2 in OSAS group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:The pathological changes of OSAS is on the basis of systemic inflammatory.The IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway is likely involved in the systemic inflammatory.
