目的：观察中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：2013年1月-12月收治痛风性关节炎患者88例，根据患者就诊顺序分成观察组和对照组，每组44例，对照组给予秋水仙碱和别嘌呤醇进行治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上再结合中药进行治疗，观察并分析两组临床治疗效果。结果：对照组临床总有效率81.8%，观察组临床总有效率93.2%，观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对痛风性关节炎患者采取中西医结合治疗，可提高患者的治疗有效率，临床疗效确切，值得进一步推广并应用。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료통풍성관절염적림상료효。방법：2013년1월-12월수치통풍성관절염환자88례，근거환자취진순서분성관찰조화대조조，매조44례，대조조급여추수선감화별표령순진행치료，관찰조재대조조치료기출상재결합중약진행치료，관찰병분석량조림상치료효과。결과：대조조림상총유효솔81.8%，관찰조림상총유효솔93.2%，관찰조림상료효명현우우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대통풍성관절염환자채취중서의결합치료，가제고환자적치료유효솔，림상료효학절，치득진일보추엄병응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined and western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:88 cases with gouty arthritis were selected from January to December 2013.According to the order of patients, they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group were treated with colchicine and fasten purine alcohol treatment.The observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control treatment.The clinical curative effect of two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the control group was 81.8%.The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 93.2%.The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined and western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis can improve the treatment effective rate of patients.Its clinical effect is definite.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
