扩张型心肌病(DCM)是临床中较为常见的原发性心肌病。近几年的临床实践和临床报道表明，扩张型心肌病呈现出高发态势。现代医学对此病的认识还不够透彻，病因不详，缺乏特异性的治疗，临床治疗基本以对症处理为主，预后较差，5年的存活率≤50%。在这样的背景下，中医中药的方法不失为一种可行的选择与探索。国家名老中医于作盈教授结合多年临床经验，对本病病因病机、辨证论治、治疗方法等提出了一整套系统而详尽的理论，化繁为简，临床应用疗效确切。

Dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) is a common primary cardiomyopathy in clinic.Clinical practice and clinical reports show that in recent years dilated cardiomyopathy appear high trend.Understanding of modern medicine for this disease is not yet complete.The cause is unknown.It was lack of specific treatment.In clinical treatment,symptomatic treatment is the main measure. The prognosis is poor.The 5-year survival rate is less than 50% .In this context,it is a feasible method of traditional Chinese medicine for the choice and exploration.The famous Chinese professor Yu Zuoying puts forward a set of systematic and detailed theories on the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment methods and so on combined with years of clinical experience,and the clinical effect is exact.
