目的：分析应用二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的临床疗效。方法：2011年10月-2013年10月收治多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者126例，按数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，每组63例；对照组给予克罗米芬单药治疗，研究组给予二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗，比较两组性激素水平、血糖指标及排卵和妊娠治疗情况。结果：研究组FSH、T、FINS水平均优于对照组，且排卵率69.84%及妊娠率23.80%均高于对照组的26.98%、11.11%，组间比较均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者临床疗效具有积极影响。

목적：분석응용이갑쌍고연합극라미분치료다낭란소종합정합병불잉적림상료효。방법：2011년10월-2013년10월수치다낭란소종합정합병불잉환자126례，안수자표법수궤분위연구조화대조조，매조63례；대조조급여극라미분단약치료，연구조급여이갑쌍고연합극라미분치료，비교량조성격소수평、혈당지표급배란화임신치료정황。결과：연구조FSH、T、FINS수평균우우대조조，차배란솔69.84%급임신솔23.80%균고우대조조적26.98%、11.11%，조간비교균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：이갑쌍고연합극라미분치료대다낭란소종합정합병불잉환자림상료효구유적겁영향。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility.Methods:126 cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome patients with infertility were selected from October 2011 to October 2013.In accordance with the digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 63 cases in each.The control group were given clomiphene treatment alone.The study group were treated with metformin combined with clomiphene.The sex hormone levels,glycemic index,ovulation and pregnancy treatment situation of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The FSH、T、FINS levels of the study group were superior to the control group.The ovulation rate of 69.84% and pregnancy rate of 23.80% were higher than 26.98%,11.11% of the control group. The comparison among groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of metformin combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility has a positive impact.
