目的:探讨DEK基因在星形细胞瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法采用 RT-PCR技术和免疫组化技术检测32份星形细胞瘤患者肿瘤组织(观察组,肿瘤为低级别及高级别分别为14份、18份)及5例正常脑组织(对照组) DEK mRNA和DEK蛋白表达水平。结果观察组DEK mRNA表达阳性率、相对表达量及DEK蛋白表达强度均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组低级别者上述指标表达均低于高级别者(P均<0.05)。结论 DEK基因在星形细胞瘤的发生、发展中起促进作用。
目的:探討DEK基因在星形細胞瘤髮生、髮展中的作用。方法採用 RT-PCR技術和免疫組化技術檢測32份星形細胞瘤患者腫瘤組織(觀察組,腫瘤為低級彆及高級彆分彆為14份、18份)及5例正常腦組織(對照組) DEK mRNA和DEK蛋白錶達水平。結果觀察組DEK mRNA錶達暘性率、相對錶達量及DEK蛋白錶達彊度均明顯高于對照組(P均<0.05);觀察組低級彆者上述指標錶達均低于高級彆者(P均<0.05)。結論 DEK基因在星形細胞瘤的髮生、髮展中起促進作用。
목적:탐토DEK기인재성형세포류발생、발전중적작용。방법채용 RT-PCR기술화면역조화기술검측32빈성형세포류환자종류조직(관찰조,종류위저급별급고급별분별위14빈、18빈)급5례정상뇌조직(대조조) DEK mRNA화DEK단백표체수평。결과관찰조DEK mRNA표체양성솔、상대표체량급DEK단백표체강도균명현고우대조조(P균<0.05);관찰조저급별자상술지표표체균저우고급별자(P균<0.05)。결론 DEK기인재성형세포류적발생、발전중기촉진작용。
Objective To investigate the role of DEK gene in the occurrence and development of astrocytic tumors . Methods Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) were used to examine the expression levels of DEK mRNA and protein in 32 cases of astrocytic tumor tissues ( observation group , low-grade and high-grade tumors were 14 cases and 18cases, respectively) and normal brain tissues (control group).Results The positive expression rate and the relative expression of DEK mRNA , expression intensity of DEK protein in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05);and the mentioned targets above in low-grade were lower than those in high-grade of the observation group (all P<0.05).Conclusions DEK gene has a promoting role in the occurrence and development of astrocytic tumors .
