以C FD与正交试验相结合,用极差分析法研究多指标风机叶轮工艺参数对效率的影响趋势,进而得到最优的参数组合,优化后风机的风量增加了8.96%,效率提高了9.005%,效率和风量都有明显的提升。

Combining CFD with simulated experiments ,impact trend of process parameters of multi-index fan impel-ler is studied by the range analysis .The optimal parameters combination is obtained .The optimized air volume of fan increases by 8 .9% ,the efficiency increases by 6 .404% .That is concluded obviously improvement on efficiency and air volume .
