随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,劳资冲突已成为影响社会经济发展和稳定的重要社会问题之一,新生代民工在工资增长、体面劳动等方面诉求颇为强烈。对此,不仅国家应予高度重视,企业更须更新管理理念,努力增强人文关怀,以促进劳资关系的和谐建立。
隨著我國經濟體製改革的不斷深化,勞資遲突已成為影響社會經濟髮展和穩定的重要社會問題之一,新生代民工在工資增長、體麵勞動等方麵訴求頗為彊烈。對此,不僅國傢應予高度重視,企業更鬚更新管理理唸,努力增彊人文關懷,以促進勞資關繫的和諧建立。
수착아국경제체제개혁적불단심화,로자충돌이성위영향사회경제발전화은정적중요사회문제지일,신생대민공재공자증장、체면노동등방면소구파위강렬。대차,불부국가응여고도중시,기업경수경신관리이념,노력증강인문관부,이촉진로자관계적화해건립。
With the deepening of our nation ’ s economic reform the conflict in employment relations has become a factor that influences the stability and development of society .The demand of the new generation of workers on salary raising and being respected are extrusive .Therefore not only it shall be taken seriously in the state level but also in the employer level which means that employers shall update managing ideal , strengthening humanistic care so as to build a harmonious employment relation .
