With the advent of the era of leisure, people's demands to cultural traits embodies in the development and construction of smal leisure business. In this paper, we take the Guanzhong culture as the research object, analyzing its supporting effect, cultural characteristics, the coupling point and the way for smal recreational commercial buildings.
