By analyzing the main existing problems in land transfer of current country, this paper hopes to explore how to cope with the new situation of the development of the towns. The author puts forward new ideas of speeding up the deve-lopment of urban and rural integration for forming new model of urban and rural planning that guarantee the land transfer treasonable operate and adapt to col aborative development be-tween urban and rural areas.
