目的：对化学实验室安全进行风险评估，及时发现安全隐患，采取有效控制措施，尽量避免发生实验室安全事故。方法采用定性研究的风险评估方法，提出有效的实验室安全管理措施。结果从风险降低、风险规避、风险保留和风险转移等四方面介绍风险控制措施。结论实验室风险评估工作应该定期开展、持续进行并且不断深入探索，切实有效地保证实验人员的人身安全。
목적：대화학실험실안전진행풍험평고，급시발현안전은환，채취유효공제조시，진량피면발생실험실안전사고。방법채용정성연구적풍험평고방법，제출유효적실험실안전관리조시。결과종풍험강저、풍험규피、풍험보류화풍험전이등사방면개소풍험공제조시。결론실험실풍험평고공작응해정기개전、지속진행병차불단심입탐색，절실유효지보증실험인원적인신안전。
Objective To assess the risk of the chemical laboratory safety , find potential safety problems in time and take effective control measures to prevent the safety hazards. Methods Through qualitative research methods of risk assessment , propose effective measures of the laboratory safety management. Results Risk control strategies can be grouped into four main categories:risk avoidance, risk retention, risk transfer and risk reduction. Conclusion The risk assessment of the laboratory should be carried out regularly, kept on going and deepened exploration, and effectively to ensure the personnel safety in the laboratory.
