目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激对产后盆底功能的影响。方法选择在我院住院经阴道分娩的初产妇600例随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行生物反馈电刺激治疗及盆底肌锻炼,对照组只进行盆底肌锻炼,一个月后对比两组产妇的阴道平均肌电压,尿失禁发生率和性生活满意度。结果实验组产妇平均肌电压及性生活满意度分别为(25.12±3.7)UV,80%分别高于对照组(24.46±4.6)UV,52%。差异均有统计学意义。实验组尿失禁发生率(1±0.83)次/d,低于对照组(2±0.33)次/d,差异有统计学意义。结论生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼在产后盆底功能恢复方面效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of the pelvic floor function of the methods of the biofeedback electrical stimulation and the pelvic muscle exercises in the postpartum period of the primiparas. Methods 600 cases of female were randomly divided into two groups: the treated group(n=300) and the control group(n=300).The primiparas in the treated group received the biofeed-back electrical stimulation on the basis of control group; and the primiparas in control group received only pelvic floor muscle ex-ercise; then pelvic organs were evaluated after 30 days.Results The average muscular strength and the total sex satisfaction in treated group were (25.12±3.7)UV,80%, which increased higher than that of the control group, they were (24.46±4.6)UV,52%;the rate of the female stress urinary incontinence in treated group were(1±0.83)time/d, it was lower than that of the control group, it was (2±0.33)time/d. All the differences had statistical significant Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation is a safe and effective way in the treatment of the pelvic floor function.
