At present, China is actively building a socialist harmonious society to protect the ecological environment, realize the harmony between human and nature. Therefore, the development direction of urban future is the ecological city. This article takes the new Tianjin eco-city and Taihu new town in Wuxi as a starting point, analyzes the current situation of ecological city in China, and probes into the countermeasures for the future development of Chinese ecological city.
