本文以典型的夏热冬冷地区益阳市某居住建筑为研究对象,结合夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准,利用理论分析及模拟计算的方法,以单位面积能耗值与现行的50%节能率为基准,比较了三种屋顶类型在益阳地区的适应性。

This article takes a residential building in a typical hot summer and cold winter area as the research object, com-bines with the energy efficiency design standards of hot sum-mer and cold winter area residential building, uses the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to compare the adaptability of three types roof in Yiyang region by taking the current energy saving rate and 50% energy consumption per unit area value as a benchmark.
