目的:分析比较两种干预措施对直肠癌术后日常生活质量影响。方法选取56例直肠癌患者,随机分为干预组28例和对照组28例。对照组采用常规治疗,口服氟西汀20 mg,每日一次。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加以综合性的心里护理干预,两组患者治疗时间均为10周,观察比较两种干预措施对直肠癌患者术后生活质量和心理状态影响。结果治疗10周后,两组患者的生活质量评分及SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降的幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀联合心里护理干预能有效改善直肠癌术后患者的心里状态和生活质量,提高患者治疗依从性,改善预后,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To compare the two kinds of interventions for colorectal cancer surgery affect the quality of daily life. Methods 56 cases of colorectal cancer patients, 28 cases were randomly divided into two groups and a control group of 28 cases. The control group with oral fluoxetine 20 mg, once daily. Observation group to be on the basis of a comprehensive heart care interventions, two groups of patients are eight weeks time to observe the effect of interventions on colorectal cancer comparing two postoperative quality of everyday life. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, both groups of patients with SAS and SDS scores than before treatment decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the decrease in the observation group than in the control group was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion Fluoxetine combined heart heart nursing intervention can effectively improve the status and quality of life of colorectal cancer patients, improve patient compliance with treatment and improve prognosis, worthy of clinical application.
