目的:调查广东省惠州市从业人员肥胖症的患病率及相关疾病患病率。方法偶遇抽样调查惠州市12632名从业人员,内容包括问卷调查、测量身高、体质量、血压,检查空腹血糖、血脂、肝脏B超。结果肥胖症的总体患病率为12.80%,在年龄段为18~24岁以及总体的人群中,男女肥胖症患病率无明显差异;在25~34、55~65岁的年龄段中女性患病率高于男性,在35~44、45~54岁的年龄段中男性患病率高于女性;在肥胖症者中,高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血糖的患病率均明显高于非肥胖症者,差异均有统计学意义。结论肥胖症的发病率随着年龄的增长而上升,在不同的年龄段存在着性别差异,肥胖者中慢性病的患病率增加。

목적:조사광동성혜주시종업인원비반증적환병솔급상관질병환병솔。방법우우추양조사혜주시12632명종업인원,내용포괄문권조사、측량신고、체질량、혈압,검사공복혈당、혈지、간장B초。결과비반증적총체환병솔위12.80%,재년령단위18~24세이급총체적인군중,남녀비반증환병솔무명현차이;재25~34、55~65세적년령단중녀성환병솔고우남성,재35~44、45~54세적년령단중남성환병솔고우녀성;재비반증자중,고혈압、고지혈증、지방간、고혈당적환병솔균명현고우비비반증자,차이균유통계학의의。결론비반증적발병솔수착년령적증장이상승,재불동적년령단존재착성별차이,비반자중만성병적환병솔증가。
Objective To investigate the morbidity rate of obesity and its relative diseases. Methods 12632 cuses were investigated. The questionnaire, body weight, height, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid and type-B rltrasonic examination of liver were collected. Results In the subject ,the total morbidity rate of obesity was 12.80%,and there was no significant sex differences in the practitioners aged 18-24 year old. The morbidity rate of obesity of females was significantly higher than males in the practitioners aged 25-34 year old and 55-65 year old, and it was on the contrary in the practitioners aged 35-44 year old and 45-54 year old. The morbidity rates of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver and hyperglycaemia in the obesity were significantly higher than the non-obsity. Conclusion The morbidity rate of obesity was increasing as aging.There were significant sex differences in different age groups. The morbidity rates of chronic diseases were rising in the obesity patients.
