目的:探讨和研究液基细胞学检验(TCT)、阴道镜检验、荧光原位杂交检验(FISH)三种方式用于子宫颈病变的临床价值。方法研究对象选取为2008年1月-2013年1月之间我院115例宫颈细胞标本,其中包括低度宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)54例,宫颈癌25例,正常对照36例,分别进行TCT、FISH的单独及联合检查,病变患者接受阴道镜检查。结果宫颈癌的单独检查结果显示,TCT检查的敏感性、特异性及准确度分别为52.0%、100.0%、84.8%;阴道镜分别为76.0%、94.4%、88.6%;FISH分别为92.0%、72.2%、78.5%;三者联合检测能够达到96.0%、100.0%、96.2%。结论 TCT的特异性及准确性均较好,但敏感性较差,而荧光原位杂交检验的敏感性较好,建议采用联合检验的方式进行子宫颈病变的诊断,能够有效提高准确率。

Objective To explore and study of liquid based cytology test (TCT), colposcopy examination, fluorescence in situ hy-bridization test (FISH) in three ways for the clinical value of cervical lesions. Methods The research object is 2008.1~2013.1 in our hospital 115 cases of cervical cell samples, including low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in 54 cases, 25 cases of cervical cancer, 36 cases of normal control, respectively, alone and in combination with TCT, FISH, lesions underwent col-poscopy. Results The cervical cancer screening results showed, TCT examined the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 52%, 100%,84.8%,76%,94.4% respectively; colposcopy, 88.6%;FISH were 92%,72.2%,78.5%; the three combined detection can reach 96%,100%,96.2%.Conclusion TCT specificity and accuracy are good, but the poor sensitivity, and the sensitivity of fluorescence in situ hybridization test of good, suggest the diagnosis by the joint test of cervical lesions, can effectively improve the accuracy of.
