目的:研究麻杏石甘汤加味配合抗生素治疗医院获得性肺炎发热30例,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2013年2月-2014年2月我院收治的医院获得性肺炎发热患者60例,在患者知情同意下,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例,两组患者均给予抗生素治疗,研究组在此基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加味治疗,两组均治疗14 d,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果研究组总有效率93.3%(28/30)显著高于对照组的66.7%(20/30),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用麻杏石甘汤加味配合抗生素治疗医院获得性肺炎发热具有较好的临床疗效,且无严重不良反应。

Objective To study the Maxingshigan decoction combined with antibiotics in treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia fever in 30 cases, and provide the basis for clinical therapy. Methods 60 cases of patients with hospital acquired pneumonia fever in February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital, with the informed consent of patients, were randomly divided into study group and control group of 30 cases in each group, the two groups of patients were given antibiotic therapy, the study group was treated with Maxingshigan Decoction on the basis of the treatment, two groups were treated for 14 days, clinical curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of the study group was 93.3%(28/30), significantly higher than 66.7% (20/30) of the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);The two groups had no severe adverse reactions, with no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of Maxingshigan decoction combined with antibiotics in treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia fever has better clinical efficacy, and has no serious adverse reactions.
