目的：探讨人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-DRB1*11基因多态性与口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）易感性的关系。方法计算机检索 PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、Web of Science和中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国知网数据库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、万方数据库。根据纳入与排除标准，收集相关研究，对纳入的文献依据 NOS量表进行质量评价，采用 Rev-Man5．2．5进行 Meta分析，合并效应量选择比值比（OR）及95％可信区间（95％CI），发表偏倚通过绘制漏斗图直观判断和采用Stata12．0做 Egger回归分析及Begg秩相关检验来检测。结果共纳入6篇文献，OLP组396例研究对象中93例检出 HLA-DRB1*11，等位基因频率23．48％；健康对照组994例研究对象中196例检出 HLA-DRB1*11，等位基因频率19．72％，合并分析时显示两组差异无统计学意义（OR＝1．07，95％CI＝0．59～1．94，P＞0．05），经 Egger回归分析和Begg秩相关检验未见明显发表偏倚。结论 HLA-DRB1*11基因多态性与 OLP易感性未见明显相关性。

Objective To discuss the relationship between HLA-DRB1*1 1 polymorphism and oral lichen planus(OLP).Meth-ods Searching for articles about the relationship between HLA-DRB1*1 1 polymorphism and oral lichen planus by PubMed,Em-base,Cochrane library,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database.Included literatures were assessed using the New-castle-Ottawa Scale(NOS),meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager Version 5.2.5 and Stata 12.0,Odds ratios(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95%CI)were pooled.Publication bias was assessed by drawing a funnel plot,Egger′s regression test and Begg′s test.Results 6 case-control studies met the inclusion criteria and were included,including 3 9 6 cases with oral lichen pla-nus and 994 controls.The allele frequency of case group is 23.48%,control group is 19.72%,OR=1.07,95%CI=0.59-1.94,P>0.05,there is no statistic significant between these two groups;All these studies have no publication bias.Conclusion This meta-analysis showed no association between HLA-DRB1*1 1 polymorphism and OLP.
