目的:调查新毕业护士工作压力源并进行相关分析,为指导新毕业护士的培训和稳定护士队伍提供参考依据。方法在参考“中国护士职业压力源量表”的基础上自行设计“新毕业护士压力调查表”,对广东省4家三甲医院资历在1~3年的94例新毕业护士进行调查和相关性分析。结果不同性别、科室的新毕业护士工作压力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同文化程度的新毕业护士工作压力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。“工作量太大”评分最高,为(2.59±0.71)分,其次是“所学知识不能满足实践需求”“担心出差错”。结论新毕业护士工作压力严重,医院领导要注意不同科室的压力程度和主要压力源对新毕业护士的影响,做好相应的管理对策,以促进新毕业护士的身心发展。

Objective To investigate and analyse the new nurse’s working pressure source in order to provide reference for guidance and training of new nurse and the stability of nurse team. Methods The self-designed New Graduate Nurse Pressure Survey was developed according to Chinese Nurses Occupational Stressors Scale,94 new nurses of 4 general hospitals in Guangdong were investigated and the data were analyzed. Results Newly graduated nurse work pressure score of different gender and department was compared respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Newly graduated nurse work pressure score of different cultural degree was compared,with statistical difference (P<0.05).New nurse working pressure mainly was "workload",average score was (2.59±0.71)points,the second was "knowledge can’t satisfy the requirement of practice",the others was "worry accident to patient care went wrong". Conclusion New nurse working pressure is bigger,hospital leadership should pay attention to the stress level of different department and the influence of the main pressure source for new nurse and make corresponding management measure in order to promote the development of new nurse physical and mental.
