目的：探讨阶段性护理在老年下呼吸道不动杆菌感染中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院收治的老年下呼吸道不动杆菌感染患者的临床、痰细菌培养及药敏结果等资料，对比采用阶段性护理和常规护理的护理效果、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组的死亡率为5.0%，明显低于对照组的25.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有2例发生交叉感染，3例因误吸加重感染，2例出现压疮；观察组未发生任何并发症。对照组的护理满意度为72.5%，观察组的护理满意度为97.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性护理干预可提高老年下呼吸道不动杆菌感染患者的护理效果、护理满意度，并降低死亡率，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토계단성호리재노년하호흡도불동간균감염중적림상응용효과。방법회고성분석본원수치적노년하호흡도불동간균감염환자적림상、담세균배양급약민결과등자료，대비채용계단성호리화상규호리적호리효과、호리만의도급병발증발생솔。결과관찰조적사망솔위5.0%，명현저우대조조적25.0%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。대조조유2례발생교차감염，3례인오흡가중감염，2례출현압창；관찰조미발생임하병발증。대조조적호리만의도위72.5%，관찰조적호리만의도위97.5%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론계단성호리간예가제고노년하호흡도불동간균감염환자적호리효과、호리만의도，병강저사망솔，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of periodic nursing in elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection by Acinetobacter. Methods The data of clinical,sputum bacterial culture and drug sensitivity result in elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection by Acinetobacter in our hospital were retrospectively analysed.Nursing effect,nursing satisfaction rate and the incidence rate of complication in patients with periodic nursing and routine nursing was compared respectively. Results The mortality rate of observation group was 5.0%,significantly lower than that of control group(25.0%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).2 cases of cross infection,3 cases of aspiration aggravating infection,2 cases of pressure sore occurred in control group,observation group did not develop any compli-cation.Nursing satisfaction rate in control group was 72.5%,nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was 97.5%, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Periodic nursing can improve nursing effect,nursing satisfaction rate in elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection by Acinetobacter,reduce the mortality rate,which is worthy of clin-ical promotion and application.
