目的:探讨分析人性化服务在健康体检护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6~12月在本院接受健康体检者600例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组300例,对照组采用传统方法进行健康体检,研究组采用人性化服务,比较两组的体检时间、体检质量评分、体检效率评分、健康宣教评分及护理满意度。结果研究组的体检时间短于对照组,体检质量、体检效率、健康宣教评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为99.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化服务可提高体检服务质量、缩短体检时间,增加体检效率,提高受检者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토분석인성화복무재건강체검호리중적응용효과。방법선취2013년6~12월재본원접수건강체검자600례,안조수궤수자표법분위연구조화대조조,매조300례,대조조채용전통방법진행건강체검,연구조채용인성화복무,비교량조적체검시간、체검질량평분、체검효솔평분、건강선교평분급호리만의도。결과연구조적체검시간단우대조조,체검질량、체검효솔、건강선교평분균고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。연구조적호리만의도위99.33%,현저고우대조조적73.33%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론인성화복무가제고체검복무질량、축단체검시간,증가체검효솔,제고수검자적만의도,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate application effect of humanized service in health medical nursing care. Methods 600 cases of healthy people in our hospital from June to December 2013 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to a random number table,each group of 300 cases.Traditional method healthy check-up was used in control group,humanized service was used in study group.The quality examination time,examination score, physical examination efficiency score,health education score and nursing satisfaction rate in two groups was compared respectively. Results The quality examination time in study group was shorter than that in control group,examination score,physical examination efficiency score,health education score in study group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate in study group was 99.33%,significantly higher than that in control group(73.33%),with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized service can improve the medical service quality,shorten the examination time,increased medical efficiency and satisfaction rate of subject,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
