目的：探讨针对性护理干预对糖尿病患者服药依从性的影响。方法将62例糖尿病患者按不同护理干预方法分为两组，对照组30例，采用常规护理干预，干预组32例，采用针对性护理干预，干预3个月后，比较两组的服药依从性、血糖控制情况、护理满意度。结果干预组的依从率为87.50%，高于对照组的66.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的FBG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预组治疗后的2hPBG低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对在职糖尿病患者施行针对性护理干预的效果显著，能明显提高服药依从性，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토침대성호리간예대당뇨병환자복약의종성적영향。방법장62례당뇨병환자안불동호리간예방법분위량조，대조조30례，채용상규호리간예，간예조32례，채용침대성호리간예，간예3개월후，비교량조적복약의종성、혈당공제정황、호리만의도。결과간예조적의종솔위87.50%，고우대조조적66.67%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조치료후적FBG비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；간예조치료후적2hPBG저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。간예조적호리만의도명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대재직당뇨병환자시행침대성호리간예적효과현저，능명현제고복약의종성，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the influence of targeted nursing intervention on medication compliance of patients with diabetes. Methods 62 cases serving patients with diabetes were divided into two groups,routine nursing interven-tion was used in control group(30 cases)and targeted nursing intervention was used in intervention group(32 cases).The medication compliance,glycemic control,nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively after 3 months of intervention. Results Compliance rate in intervention group was 87.50%,higher than that in control group(66.67%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).FBG in two groups was compared after treatment,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).2hPBG in intervention group was lower than that in control group after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Nursing sat-isfaction in intervention group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a good effect on serving patients with diabetes,can improve the medication compli-ance,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
