目的:探讨三级康复治疗对脑卒中后肢体运动功能的影响。方法将180例患者随机分为康复组和对照组,康复组采用系统的规范的三级康复治疗,对照组除常规治疗外无其他干预。随访6个月,比较各时段运动评分。结果刚入组时,两组患者的运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1、3、6个月后,脑梗死康复组运动功能得分、脑出血康复组运动功能得分、总康复组的运动功能得分均明显优于相应的对照组(P<0.05)。各组患者入组后的1、3、6个月,运动功能评分均明显优于入组时的运动功能评分(P<0.05)。结论三级康复治疗对改善脑卒中患者的运动功能有明显作用。

목적:탐토삼급강복치료대뇌졸중후지체운동공능적영향。방법장180례환자수궤분위강복조화대조조,강복조채용계통적규범적삼급강복치료,대조조제상규치료외무기타간예。수방6개월,비교각시단운동평분。결과강입조시,량조환자적운동공능평분비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。1、3、6개월후,뇌경사강복조운동공능득분、뇌출혈강복조운동공능득분、총강복조적운동공능득분균명현우우상응적대조조(P<0.05)。각조환자입조후적1、3、6개월,운동공능평분균명현우우입조시적운동공능평분(P<0.05)。결론삼급강복치료대개선뇌졸중환자적운동공능유명현작용。
Objective To explore the effect of three stage rehabilitation treatment on limb motor function after stroke. Methods 180 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,rehabilitation group accepted three stage rehabil-itation treatment,the control group accepted conventional medicine but no other intervention.All patients were followed up for 6 months,the time motion score and the score difference of two groups was compared. Results The motor function scores of the two groups just in hospital had no significant difference (P>0.05).After 1 month,3 months,6 months,motor function scores of cerebral hemorrhage rehabilitation group,cerebral infarction rehabilitation group and the rehabilitation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference of two groups was significance (P<0.05). After 1 month,3 months,6 months,the motor function scores of two groups were significantly better than those of the baseline score (P<0.05). Conclusion Three stage rehabilitation treatment has a significant effect on the improvement of motor function of stroke patients.
