目的：探讨运动疗法对老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法选择本院就诊的冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者90例，采用个性化运动干预，测定干预前后的血脂、血压，并采用SF-36简明量表评估患者的生活质量改善情况。结果干预后的收缩压、舒张压均低于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后的总胆固醇低于干预前，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预前后的三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后的心理健康状况、角色心理状况、活力/精力、身体疼痛、综合健康评分均高于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预前后的躯体性功能、角色受限、社会性功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运动疗法能降低老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的血压，改善血脂水平及生活质量，效果明显。
목적：탐토운동요법대노년관심병합병2형당뇨병환자적영향。방법선택본원취진적관심병합병2형당뇨병환자90례，채용개성화운동간예，측정간예전후적혈지、혈압，병채용SF-36간명량표평고환자적생활질량개선정황。결과간예후적수축압、서장압균저우간예전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。간예후적총담고순저우간예전，고밀도지단백담고순고우간예전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；간예전후적삼선감유、저밀도지단백담고순、재지단백A1、재지단백B비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。간예후적심리건강상황、각색심리상황、활력/정력、신체동통、종합건강평분균고우간예전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；간예전후적구체성공능、각색수한、사회성공능평분비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론운동요법능강저노년관심병합병2형당뇨병환자적혈압，개선혈지수평급생활질량，효과명현。
Objective To study the ifluence of exercise therapy on elderly patients with coronary heart disease com-bined with type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 cases of patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected and given personalized exercise intervention.Blood lipid,blood pressure was detected before and after intervention respectively and the improvement of quality of life was evaluated by the SF-36. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after intervention was lower than that before intervention respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Total cholesterol after intervention was lower than that before intervention,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Triglyceride,LDL cholesterol,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B before and after intervention was compared respectively, with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Mental health,the role of psychological condition,energy/energy,bodily pain,general health score after intervention was higher than that before intervention respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Somatic feature,role limitation,social function score before and after intervention was compared respectively,with no sta-tistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Exercise therapy can reduce blood pressure of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes,improve the blood lipid level and the quality of life,the effect is obvious.
