目的:探讨健脾益气方(JPYQ)防治大鼠化疗性胃肠功能紊乱的效果及作用机制。方法将48只大鼠按随机原则分为6组院空白对照组、化疗模型组、枸橼酸莫沙必利组(阳性药对照组)、化疗+JPYQ高剂量组(高剂量组)、化疗+JPYQ中剂量组(中剂量组)、化疗+JPYQ低剂量组(低剂量组),每组8只。采用环磷酰胺制备大鼠化疗模型,在实验的第1、3、5天,空白对照组给予生理盐水腹腔注射,其余5组给予环磷酰胺注射液腹腔注射,造模后每组给予相应的药物灌胃。检测各组大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)与表皮生长因子(EGF)的水平。结果与空白对照组比较,化疗模型组大鼠血清EGF水平明显降低,GAS含量则明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,JPYQ高剂量组和阳性药对照组大鼠血清EGF含量显著升高(P<0.05),而中、低剂量组大鼠血清EGF含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各给药组大鼠血清GAS水平与模型组及与空白对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论JPYQ防治化疗性胃肠功能紊乱的效果明显,其作用机制主要与影响血清EGF水平相关。

목적:탐토건비익기방(JPYQ)방치대서화료성위장공능문란적효과급작용궤제。방법장48지대서안수궤원칙분위6조원공백대조조、화료모형조、구연산막사필리조(양성약대조조)、화료+JPYQ고제량조(고제량조)、화료+JPYQ중제량조(중제량조)、화료+JPYQ저제량조(저제량조),매조8지。채용배린선알제비대서화료모형,재실험적제1、3、5천,공백대조조급여생리염수복강주사,기여5조급여배린선알주사액복강주사,조모후매조급여상응적약물관위。검측각조대서혈청위비소(GAS)여표피생장인자(EGF)적수평。결과여공백대조조비교,화료모형조대서혈청EGF수평명현강저,GAS함량칙명현승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);여모형조비교,JPYQ고제량조화양성약대조조대서혈청EGF함량현저승고(P<0.05),이중、저제량조대서혈청EGF함량차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);각급약조대서혈청GAS수평여모형조급여공백대조조비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론JPYQ방치화료성위장공능문란적효과명현,기작용궤제주요여영향혈청EGF수평상관。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi yiqi recipe (JPYQ) on the gastrointestinal functional disorder in rat receiving chemotherapy. Methods Forty-eight rats were equally randomized into 6 groups,and they were blank con-trol group,chemotherapy model group,mosapride citrate group (positive control group),chemotherapy+JPYQ high-dose group (high-dose group),chemotherapy+JPYQ middle-dose group (middle-dose group),chemotherapy+JPYQ low-dose group (low-dose group),each group of 8 animals.Preparation of rat chemotherapy model was used cyclophosphamide,rats in the blank control group were given intraperitoneal injection of normal saline while the rats in the other groups were given intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide on experimental day 1,3 and 5.During the modeling,the rats in the medication groups were given the corresponding medicine according to the experimental design.The levels of serum gas-trin(GAS) and epidermal growth factor (EGF)in rats were determined. Results Compared with blank control group,the level of EGF in model group was significantly decreased,while the level of GAS was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group,the levels of EGF in high-dose JPYQ group and mosapride group were significantly in-creased (P<0.05),while the levels of EGF in middle-dose JPYQ group and low-dose JPYQ group were no significant difference (P>0.05).The level of GAS was insignificant between the medicated groups and model group and blank con-trol group (P>0.05). Conclusion There is evident therapeutic effect of Jianpi yiqi recipe on gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemotherapy.And it’s mechamism is.
