目的：观察PCI治疗前后冠心病患者生活质量的变化。方法选用自行设计的多项目调查问卷和美国简明36项健康状况问卷调查61例冠心病患者PCI治疗前后生活质量的变化。结果 PIC手术3个月后患者生理健康总分和精神健康总分均显著提高（P<0.05）；术后患者在机体功能状态、身体健康状况对活动的影响、疼痛、总体健康感觉、精力及活力、社会活动能力、情绪状况以及精神健康状态等8个方面的得分与术前相比均显著增加（P<0.05）。结论 PIC手术可显著提高冠心病患者生活质量，从社会心理生物医学模式标准来看是一种理想的冠心病治疗方法。

ObjectiveTo estimate the effects of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. MethodsData were collected and qualities of life were analyzed from 61 patients with coronary heart disease through self-designed interview questionnaires and the USA Short-Form 36(SF-36).ResultsAfter PCI, there were significant improvements in physical health total score, mental health total score, physical functioning, role limitations due to physical-health problems, bodily pain, health feeling,vitality, social functioning, role limitation due to emotional-health problems and mental health compared with those before PCI.ConclusionPCI could signiifcantly improve quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease; it was an ideal method for the treatment of coronary heart disease according to the standards of social psychological biomedicine.
