目的：观察真武汤治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法符合纳入标准的42例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组21例，两组均给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上予真武汤口服，观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征及总疗效改善情况，其中心功能包括射血分数（EF）及血浆B型钠尿肽（BNP）指标。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前后心功能及BNP均有所改善，两组治疗前后患者总体症状及体征得到改善，生活质量得到提高。结论真武汤联合基础治疗可有效改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状、体征及心功能。
목적：관찰진무탕치료충혈성심력쇠갈적림상료효。방법부합납입표준적42례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조21례，량조균급여상규항심력쇠갈치료，치료조재상규치료기출상여진무탕구복，관찰량조환자치료전후림상증상、체정급총료효개선정황，기중심공능포괄사혈분수（EF）급혈장B형납뇨태（BNP）지표。결과치료조화대조조치료전후심공능급BNP균유소개선，량조치료전후환자총체증상급체정득도개선，생활질량득도제고。결론진무탕연합기출치료가유효개선심력쇠갈환자적림상증상、체정급심공능。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efifcacy of Zhen Wu decoction treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods42 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 21 cases in each group, two groups were given conventional therapy, the treatment group received oral Zhenwu decoction, observation and treatment of patients in the two groups on the basis of conventional therapy before clinical symptoms, signs and the total effect to improve the situation, the center features include ejection fraction(EF) and plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) indicator. ResultsThe treatment group and control group before and after treatment of cardiac function and BNP have improved, before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs of improvement in the overall quality of life improved.ConclusionZhenwu decoction combined basic treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of heart failure patients, signs and cardiac function.
