目的：观察七氟醚麻醉诱导在患者全身麻醉中的使用，评价七氟醚用于患者全身麻醉诱导的使用效果。方法选取2011年~2013年间来我院进行外科手术的小儿患者30例为研究对象。将30例小儿患者按照性别、年龄、病况等方面无显著性差异的原则分成试验组和对照组，对试验组使用七氟醚麻醉诱导，对对照组使用丙泊酚进行麻醉诱导，手术进行过程中采用连续静脉泵注丙泊酚维持麻醉，记录患儿麻醉诱导前后的心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、麻醉诱导的时长（从麻醉到睫毛反射消失）、手术过程中及苏醒后的不良反应。结果试验组和对照组的各生化指标均有所下降，试验组和对照组之间在麻醉诱导前后的心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）的变化值和麻醉诱导的时长均存在显著性差异，而在手术过程中，试验组呼吸抑制的发生率明显高于对照组，术后试验组有7例患儿出现躁动，而对照组有2例患儿出现躁动的现象。结论七氟醚用于患儿全身诱导麻醉安全、有效，能实现快速诱导，并且诱导平稳，建议推广使用于患儿的麻醉诱导。
목적：관찰칠불미마취유도재환자전신마취중적사용，평개칠불미용우환자전신마취유도적사용효과。방법선취2011년~2013년간래아원진행외과수술적소인환자30례위연구대상。장30례소인환자안조성별、년령、병황등방면무현저성차이적원칙분성시험조화대조조，대시험조사용칠불미마취유도，대대조조사용병박분진행마취유도，수술진행과정중채용련속정맥빙주병박분유지마취，기록환인마취유도전후적심솔（HR）、수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）、마취유도적시장（종마취도첩모반사소실）、수술과정중급소성후적불량반응。결과시험조화대조조적각생화지표균유소하강，시험조화대조조지간재마취유도전후적심솔（HR）、수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）적변화치화마취유도적시장균존재현저성차이，이재수술과정중，시험조호흡억제적발생솔명현고우대조조，술후시험조유7례환인출현조동，이대조조유2례환인출현조동적현상。결론칠불미용우환인전신유도마취안전、유효，능실현쾌속유도，병차유도평은，건의추엄사용우환인적마취유도。
ObjectiveThe use of induction in patients with general anesthesia of sevolfurane anesthesia in observation, evaluation of sevolfurane induced effect of patients with general anesthesia.MethodsSelect the 2011-2013 in pediatric patients in our hospital were surgical operation in 30 cases as the object of study. The principle of 30 pediatric patients according to gender, age, illness and so there was no signiifcant difference in divided into experiment group and control group, anesthesia induction using sevoflurane in experimental group, the control group using propofol for induction of anesthesia, operation process in a continuous intravenous infusion of propofol anesthesia were recorded before and after anesthesia induction, heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), anesthesia induction time (disappear from anesthesia to eyelash reflex), adverse reactions in the process of operation and recovery after.ResultsThe biochemical indexes of the experiment group and the control group decreased, between the test group and the control group before and after induction of anesthesia in heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and induction of anesthesia duration were signiifcantly different changes in value, and during the operation, occurrence inhibition of respiration rate in test group was signiifcantly higher than the control group, the test group were 7 cases of agitation, while the control group had 2 cases of children with agitation phenomenon.ConclusionSevolfurane in children with systemic induction of anesthesia is safe and effective, can realize the rapid induction, and to induce stationarity, suggest induction of anesthesia used in children.
