目的：探讨持续质量管理在医院消毒供应室管理中的效果。方法2013年1月成立持续质量管理团队，在原卫生部制订的消毒供应室行业标准上，制订更为适宜本院的标准进行质量管理，每月定期对消毒供应流程工作质量进行1次抽查，全年进行不定期的抽查次数≥8次。对比分析管理前(2012年)、管理后(2013年)的消毒供应工作流程质量情况。结果实施持续质量管理1年后，医疗供需物品的回收、分类、清洗消毒、检查与包装、灭菌、储存、发放工作质量情况有所提高，不合格数下降，与管理前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院消毒供应室开展持续质量管理后，增强了医院的管理水平，提高了工作效率和医疗器械物品的无菌质量，保障了医疗护理工作质量。建立科学持续质量管理方法有助于提高消毒供应室的工作质量。

목적：탐토지속질량관리재의원소독공응실관리중적효과。방법2013년1월성립지속질량관리단대，재원위생부제정적소독공응실행업표준상，제정경위괄의본원적표준진행질량관리，매월정기대소독공응류정공작질량진행1차추사，전년진행불정기적추사차수≥8차。대비분석관리전(2012년)、관리후(2013년)적소독공응공작류정질량정황。결과실시지속질량관리1년후，의료공수물품적회수、분류、청세소독、검사여포장、멸균、저존、발방공작질량정황유소제고，불합격수하강，여관리전비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대의원소독공응실개전지속질량관리후，증강료의원적관리수평，제고료공작효솔화의료기계물품적무균질량，보장료의료호리공작질량。건립과학지속질량관리방법유조우제고소독공응실적공작질량。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality management on the management of disinfection supply rooms. Methods A team of continuous quality management was established in January 2013.A more adaptable criterion was initiated for the quality management in our hospital on the basis of the industrial standard for disinfection supply room initiated by the Ministry of Health.A selective examination was carried out to evaluate the quality of disinfection supply workflow in a monthly basis,and such examinations were carried out no less than 8 times annually.Conditions before and after management were compared and analyzed. Results One year after the continuous quality management, working quality regarding recycle,classification,cleaning and disinfection,examination and package,sterilization,storage and distribution of medical supplies all improved.The number of disqualified items decreased.Compared with before management,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous quality management implemented in hospital disinfection supply rooms enhances hospital management level,improves working efficiency and bacteria-free quality of medical instruments and supplies,and ensures the working quality of treatment and nursing.A scientific con-tinuous quality management is helpful to improve the working quality of disinfection supply rooms.
