目的：探讨超声弹性成像在诊断乳腺疾病中的临床应用价值。方法分析近年来本院收治60例乳腺患者的超声弹性成像检查资料，利用弹性成像5分评分法，对弹性成像诊断结果与手术病理对照进行分析。结果病理结果院良性43例(55个结节)，恶性17例(20个结节)。超声弹性成像的诊断恶性病变敏感性为85.0%，特异性为89.1%，准确性为88.0%。结论超声弹性成像对鉴别乳腺肿瘤的良、恶性有其独到的优势，可提高对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토초성탄성성상재진단유선질병중적림상응용개치。방법분석근년래본원수치60례유선환자적초성탄성성상검사자료，이용탄성성상5분평분법，대탄성성상진단결과여수술병리대조진행분석。결과병리결과원량성43례(55개결절)，악성17례(20개결절)。초성탄성성상적진단악성병변민감성위85.0%，특이성위89.1%，준학성위88.0%。결론초성탄성성상대감별유선종류적량、악성유기독도적우세，가제고대유선악성종류적진단，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast disease. Methods In recent years,60 cases of patients with breast disease in our hospital were examined by using ultra-sound elastography,the data were analysed.The method of elasticity imaging score 5 points was used to analyze both the elasticity imaging diagnosis result and surgical pathology result. Results The pathology result showed benign 43 cases (55 nodules),malignant 17 cases(20 nodules).The diagnostic sensitivity of malignant lesion by using ultrasound elastog-raphy was 85.0%,specificity was 89.1% and accuracy rate was 88.0%. Conclusion Ultrasound elastography has unique advantage in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumor.It could improve the diagnosis of breast cancer and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
