目的:探讨B超监护下宫腔镜子宫粘连机械性分离术的安全性和有效性。方法回顾分析2011年1月~2012年12月行B超监护下宫腔镜子宫粘连机械性分离术98例患者的临床资料。结果98例患者共有84例患者术后宫腔形态完全恢复,双侧输卵管开口可见,手术有效率达85.7%。所有患者无水中毒、子宫穿孔、术后感染等并发症发生。98例患者术后随访12~24个月,闭经患者的治愈率为72.5%,总有效率为92.5%;月经过少的治愈率为85.7%,总有效率为95.9%;合并不孕患者的术后妊娠率为34.6%;周期性下腹痛患者的腹痛缓解率为94.4%。结论B超监护下宫腔镜子宫粘连机械性分离术是一种安全、有效的方法。

목적:탐토B초감호하궁강경자궁점련궤계성분리술적안전성화유효성。방법회고분석2011년1월~2012년12월행B초감호하궁강경자궁점련궤계성분리술98례환자적림상자료。결과98례환자공유84례환자술후궁강형태완전회복,쌍측수란관개구가견,수술유효솔체85.7%。소유환자무수중독、자궁천공、술후감염등병발증발생。98례환자술후수방12~24개월,폐경환자적치유솔위72.5%,총유효솔위92.5%;월경과소적치유솔위85.7%,총유효솔위95.9%;합병불잉환자적술후임신솔위34.6%;주기성하복통환자적복통완해솔위94.4%。결론B초감호하궁강경자궁점련궤계성분리술시일충안전、유효적방법。
Objective To discuss the safety and efficacy of hysteroscopic separation of intrauterine adhesions mechanically under B-ultrasound monitoring. Methods Clinical data of 98 patients who had received hysteroscopic separation of intrauterine adhesions mechanically under B-ultrasound monitoring from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were reviewed. Results 84 cases intrauterine morphology fully restored postoperative, the total effective rate of surgery was 85.7%. No complications such as water intoxication, postoperative infection or uterine perforation took place. Follow-up in 98 cases showed a total effective rate of amenorrhea was 92.5%. The effective rate in patients with hypomenorrhea was 95.9%, and in patients with abdominal was 94.4%. In patients with infertility the pregnancy rate postoperative was 34.6%. Conclusion Hysteroscopic separation of intrauterine adhesions mechanically under B-ultrasound monitoring is a safe and efficient method.
