目的：探讨舒适护理在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术中应用的临床意义。方法选取2009年2月-2012年6月本院收治的86例行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者，随机分为护理干预组和对照组，各43例，其中对照组患者给予常规护理，治疗组患者在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理，比较两组患者护理后的舒适度和并发症发生情况。结果护理干预组患者的总舒适率为100.00%（43/43），高于对照组的83.72%（36/43），差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。护理干预组患者并发症发生率为4.65%（2/43），低于对照组的18.60%（18/43），差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论舒适护理在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术中能显著降低并发症发生，提高患者的舒适度。
목적：탐토서괄호리재경뇨도전렬선등리자전절술중응용적림상의의。방법선취2009년2월-2012년6월본원수치적86례행경뇨도전렬선등리자전절술환자，수궤분위호리간예조화대조조，각43례，기중대조조환자급여상규호리，치료조환자재상규호리적기출상급여서괄호리，비교량조환자호리후적서괄도화병발증발생정황。결과호리간예조환자적총서괄솔위100.00%（43/43），고우대조조적83.72%（36/43），차이유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。호리간예조환자병발증발생솔위4.65%（2/43），저우대조조적18.60%（18/43），차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론서괄호리재경뇨도전렬선등리자전절술중능현저강저병발증발생，제고환자적서괄도。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of comfortable nursing care in the operation of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate. Methods 86 patients with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in our hospi-tal from Febuary 2009 to June 2012,were randomly divided into nursing intervention group and control group,43 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine care,and nursing intervention group was taken with comfortable nursing care on the basis of the control group. The comfort level and complication of the two groups were compared. Results The total rate of comfort patients in the nursing intervention group was 100. 00%(43/43),which was higher than 83. 72%(36/43)of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P﹤0. 05 ). The complication rate of nursing intervention group was 4. 65%(2/43),which was lower than 18. 60%(8/43)of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing care in transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate can significantly reduce complications and improve the comfort of patients.
