目的：探讨采用甲基泼尼松龙冲击治疗癫痫伴睡眠癫痫电持续状态患儿临床效果。方法：对36例癫痫伴睡眠癫痫电持续状态患儿入院资料进行分析，将患儿根据入院时间顺序分为两组。对照组采用传统方法治疗，试验组采用甲基泼尼松龙冲击治疗，比较两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果：试验组患儿治疗总有效率88.89%高于对照组（66.67%）（P＜0.05）。治疗前脑电图检测显示，所有患儿脑电图均为ESES表现，脑电图背景活动正常，睡眠结构大致正常。治疗后脑电图显示，试验组16例（88.89%）脑电图治疗有效高于对照组12例（66.67%）（P＜0.05）。结论：对癫痫伴睡眠癫痫电持续患儿采用甲基泼尼松龙冲击治疗效果比较显著，患儿治疗后临床症状明显改善，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토채용갑기발니송룡충격치료전간반수면전간전지속상태환인림상효과。방법：대36례전간반수면전간전지속상태환인입원자료진행분석，장환인근거입원시간순서분위량조。대조조채용전통방법치료，시험조채용갑기발니송룡충격치료，비교량조환인림상치료효과。결과：시험조환인치료총유효솔88.89%고우대조조（66.67%）（P＜0.05）。치료전뇌전도검측현시，소유환인뇌전도균위ESES표현，뇌전도배경활동정상，수면결구대치정상。치료후뇌전도현시，시험조16례（88.89%）뇌전도치료유효고우대조조12례（66.67%）（P＜0.05）。결론：대전간반수면전간전지속환인채용갑기발니송룡충격치료효과비교현저，환인치료후림상증상명현개선，치득추엄사용。
Objective To explore the use of methylprednisolone in treatment of epilepsy with sleep epileptic electrical clinical effect. MethodsTreated 36 cases of epilepsy with sleep epilepsy duration in hospital were analyzed,according to the admission time were divided into two groups.The control group used traditional methods of treatment,the experimental group used methylprednisolone pulse therapy,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.ResultsThe experimental group were treated with the total effective rate was 88.89% higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The treatment of EEG detection,all children are ESES manifestations of EEG,EEG background activity of normal,normal sleep structure.Display treatment EEG,16 cases in experimental group(88.89%) was higher than that of EEG is effective in the treatment of 12 cases of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).ConclusionThe more significant on epilepsy with sleep epileptic electrical were treated with methylprednisolone treatment,clinical symptoms improved significantly after treatment,it is worth to promotethe use.
