目的：对比观察使用非桥式外固定架治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗效果。方法：选择桡骨远端骨折患者70例，分为试验组与对照组，试验组患者实施非桥式外固定架治疗，对照组患者实施单纯夹板固定治疗，对比观察两组患者3个月后临床效果。结果：通过Dienst功能评估对两组患者治疗效果进行评估，试验组患者治疗显效率与总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在桡骨远端骨折患者的临床治疗中，使用非桥式外固定支架治疗，能够有效改善其临床症状，具有更为理想的预后效果，可以在临床上进一步推广应用。

목적：대비관찰사용비교식외고정가치료뇨골원단골절적림상치료효과。방법：선택뇨골원단골절환자70례，분위시험조여대조조，시험조환자실시비교식외고정가치료，대조조환자실시단순협판고정치료，대비관찰량조환자3개월후림상효과。결과：통과Dienst공능평고대량조환자치료효과진행평고，시험조환자치료현효솔여총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：재뇨골원단골절환자적림상치료중，사용비교식외고정지가치료，능구유효개선기림상증상，구유경위이상적예후효과，가이재림상상진일보추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the use of non bridging externalfixation for the treatment of fractures of the distal radius.MethodsPatients with distal radius fracture in 70 cases,divided into the experimental group and the control group,externalfixation in the treatment of non bridge test group patients,compared with splintfixation in patients in the treatment group,compared with two groups of patients after 3 months of clinical effect.ResultsThe Dienst function evaluation to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,the test group patients markedly effective rate and total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the clinical treatment of patients with distal radius fractures,the use of non treatment of bridge type external fixator,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,the prognosis is more ideal effect,can be further applied in clinical practice.
