目的：观察用利湿清热法中药治疗湿热互结型酒精性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将以确诊的50例患者采用按照不同的给药方法分为治疗组25例，对照组25例。治疗组使用利湿清热法中药+甘利欣胶囊及治疗。对照组予甘利欣胶囊治疗。全部50例患者经严格戒酒后，治疗后观察两组患者的症状及生化学指标的变化。结果治疗3个周期后两组比较，治疗组显效率显效率80%，对照组显效为40%(P ＜0.05)，治疗组肝功能指标改善情况较对照组显著( P ＜0.05)，治疗中均未出现不良反应。结论本课题证实了利湿清热法可以明显改善酒精性肝炎湿热互结患者的症状，其疗效明显优于甘利欣胶囊；本课题证实了中药可以降低 ast、alt 、γ-GGt、tBil 指标，达到保肝降酶的作用。

Objectives to observe the traditional chinese medicine treatment alcoholic hepatitis heat treating damp heat stasis type By dampness heat method of the clinical curative effect.Methods 50eases of confirm the diagnosis of Alcoholic hepatitis with random method into two groups. .25cases of experimental group take the method of traditional chinese medicine dampness heat and the diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules. While 25 cases of control group take the diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules. all 50 patients after strict quit drinking, the two groups were observed after treatment of symptomatic treatment changes and biochemical indicators.Results after 3 cycles of treatment between the two groups, the efficiency of the treatment group was 80%, control group 40%( P < 0.05). the index of liver function improved in treatment group than in the control group is more significantP < 0.05). treatment had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusions 1.this paper confirms dampness heat method can obviously improve the alcoholic hepatitis symptoms in patients with damp heat stasis its curative effect is obviously better than that of diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules.2. this research confirmed that the traditional Chinese medicine can reduce index AST-ALT.γ-GGT-TBILto achieve the effect of protecting liver and reducing enzyme.
