目的：探讨利培酮、奎硫平对泌乳素的影响。方法将90例女性精神分裂症随机分为两组，研究组45例（利培酮）对照组45例（服奎硫平）：观察6周，于治疗前治疗3周，6周查血浆中泌乳素浓度。结果治疗前患者对照组和研究组泌乳素无差异，治疗后利培酮泌乳素升高明显。奎硫平组泌乳素升高不明显。结论利培酮显著升高精神分裂症患者泌乳素水平。奎硫平对泌乳素影响不大。

Objective to exaiuine the effect of quetiapine aud risperidont on prolactian.Methods ninety surun schizophrenics were raudomly assigned to groups of 45patieatseach, research group took risperidone.and coutrol group did quetiapine for 6weeks .the subjiects were assessed with paWss scale before treatinent .plasma pvolactin level was measured with radioimmuesassay. Results The prolactin levell of research groupWas significantly higher in patients than control. The prolction level Was also significantly hisher in research group. Of tertreament Conclusion risperidone can increase the level of prolectin in patient Que tiapint has less influcnce on serum prolactin.
