目的：观察玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德(intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide，iVta)治疗黄斑水肿(macular edema, Me)的安全性与有效性。方法研究对象为2010年5月到2012年5月在我院接受玻璃体腔曲安奈德0.1ml/4mg单次注射的20例患者(20只眼)，定期随访6个月，观察治疗前后视力、眼压及黄斑区视网膜厚度改变情况。结果注药后1、3、6个月的最佳矫正视力均较注药前提高（P <0.05），黄斑区视网膜厚度较注药前均降低（P <0.05），有3例患者早期出现一过性高眼压。结论玻璃体腔单次注射小剂量曲安奈德，安全性较高，短期可以减轻黄斑水肿，改善患者视力。
목적：관찰파리체강주사곡안내덕(intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide，iVta)치료황반수종(macular edema, Me)적안전성여유효성。방법연구대상위2010년5월도2012년5월재아원접수파리체강곡안내덕0.1ml/4mg단차주사적20례환자(20지안)，정기수방6개월，관찰치료전후시력、안압급황반구시망막후도개변정황。결과주약후1、3、6개월적최가교정시력균교주약전제고（P <0.05），황반구시망막후도교주약전균강저（P <0.05），유3례환자조기출현일과성고안압。결론파리체강단차주사소제량곡안내덕，안전성교고，단기가이감경황반수종，개선환자시력。
Objective to evaluate the clinical effects and security of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide fou macular edema. Methods a total of 20 eyes of 20 patients with persistent macular edema were enrolled in the study. all the patients were received 4mg/0.1ml of intravitreal triamcinolone injection and followed up for 6 months. Best corrected visual acuity, optical coherence tomography and intraocular pressure were examined before and after treatment for comparative analyses. Results The best corrected visual acuity of all patients was significantly improved (P<0.05) and the central macular thickness was significantly relieved (P <0.05). Conclusions intravitreal injection of low-dose triamcinolone acetonide is effective for macular edema within 6 months.
