目的：探讨连枷胸合并低氧血症患者的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析50例连枷胸合并低氧血症患者的临床资料，比较单纯机械通气治疗与机械通气加手术治疗的区别。结果两组患者机械通气时间与住 icU 时间无明显区别，机械通气加手术治疗组医疗费用较高，抗生素应用较多。结论除有明显肺挫伤活动性出血等需要紧急开胸手术同时进行肋骨骨折内固定外，单纯机械通气及胸腔闭式引流术 Pao2和 sao2恢复正常者，不必进行肋骨骨折牵引或内固定手术。
目的：探討連枷胸閤併低氧血癥患者的治療方法。方法迴顧性分析50例連枷胸閤併低氧血癥患者的臨床資料，比較單純機械通氣治療與機械通氣加手術治療的區彆。結果兩組患者機械通氣時間與住 icU 時間無明顯區彆，機械通氣加手術治療組醫療費用較高，抗生素應用較多。結論除有明顯肺挫傷活動性齣血等需要緊急開胸手術同時進行肋骨骨摺內固定外，單純機械通氣及胸腔閉式引流術 Pao2和 sao2恢複正常者，不必進行肋骨骨摺牽引或內固定手術。
목적：탐토련가흉합병저양혈증환자적치료방법。방법회고성분석50례련가흉합병저양혈증환자적림상자료，비교단순궤계통기치료여궤계통기가수술치료적구별。결과량조환자궤계통기시간여주 icU 시간무명현구별，궤계통기가수술치료조의료비용교고，항생소응용교다。결론제유명현폐좌상활동성출혈등수요긴급개흉수술동시진행륵골골절내고정외，단순궤계통기급흉강폐식인류술 Pao2화 sao2회복정상자，불필진행륵골골절견인혹내고정수술。
Objective To study the treatment of patients with flail chest with hypoxemia. Methods a retrospective analysis of 50 cases of flail chest with hypoxemia in patients with clinical data, simple mechanical ventilation treatment with mechanical ventilation and surgical treatment of distinction. Results two groups of patients with mechanical ventilation time and icU has no obvious difference between time, mechanical ventilation and high cost of medical treatment, surgical treatment group application of antibiotics. Conclusion in addition to have obvious pulmonary contusion emergency thoracotomy to active bleeding need to simultaneously rib fracture internal fixation, simple mechanical ventilation and the chest closed drainage PaO2 and sao2 recovery normal, need not to pull the fractured ribs or internal fixation surgery.
