目的:探讨半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C( CysC)与儿童肾功能相关性,并分析CysC与年龄、性别的相关性。方法从LIS系统导出2010-2013年包含CysC的1335名儿童生化筛查组合检测数据,通过排除条件,筛选出901名儿童为参考人群,其中男485名,女416名。 CysC的测定采用液相透射比浊法在Roche DPP全自动生化分析仪上进行。结果901名本地区儿童血清CysC浓度对数呈正态分布,其男女间差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。2岁前血清CysC水平变化较大,其中1个月内CysC水平最高,以后随着年龄增长而逐渐降低,但在2~16岁总体趋于稳定。结论儿童血清CysC参考区间与性别无密切相关性,但不同年龄段之间变化较大,临床应用CysC评价儿童肾功能时应考虑年龄因素。

Objective To discussion the correlation of Cystatin C ( CysC) and renal function in children and analyze the relevance of CysC with age and gender .Methods Exported 1335 Children biochemical screening test data ,including Cy-sC,by the LIS system combinations from 2010 to 2013.901 children selected as the reference population ,including male 485 and female 416.CysC measured on Roche DPP automatic biochemical analyzer using liquid nephelometry performed .Results 901 children CysC serum concentrations logarithmic was normal distribution .No significant difference between men and women (P>0.05).2 years before CysC serum levels vary widely ,with the highest levels of CysC within a month ,after gradually de-creased with age,but in 2 to 16 years in general stabilized.Conclusion Children serum CysC reference intervals are not closely correlated with gender .However ,larger changes between different ages ,should consider the age factor to evaluate renal function of children with the application of CysC .
