目的:调查研究青阳参总甙对癫痫发作后脑损伤的神经保护的作用。方法:采用随机数字表法将120只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成两组,分别为非癫痫组(20只)和癫痫组(100只),其中癫痫组又分为对照组、青阳参组、丙戊酸组和青阳参加丙戊酸组等四个亚组(各25只)。结果:青阳参加丙戊酸组治疗的总有效率为92%,与青阳参组的72%以及丙戊酸组的76%相比差异具有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。癫痫组中对大鼠皮层海马内c-fos和c-jun的表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。结论:青阳参总甙与丙戊酸的抗癫痫效果最佳,可以有效地减少癫痫发作频率和减少脑组织的细胞凋亡,且安全性较高,值得在临床中进一步推广与使用。

목적:조사연구청양삼총대대전간발작후뇌손상적신경보호적작용。방법:채용수궤수자표법장120지웅성Wistar대서수궤분성량조,분별위비전간조(20지)화전간조(100지),기중전간조우분위대조조、청양삼조、병무산조화청양삼가병무산조등사개아조(각25지)。결과:청양삼가병무산조치료적총유효솔위92%,여청양삼조적72%이급병무산조적76%상비차이구유통계학의의( P﹤0.05)。전간조중대대서피층해마내c-fos화c-jun적표체여대조조비교,차이유통계학의의( P﹤0.05)。결론:청양삼총대여병무산적항전간효과최가,가이유효지감소전간발작빈솔화감소뇌조직적세포조망,차안전성교고,치득재림상중진일보추엄여사용。
Objective Research otophyllum glycosides right brain damage seizures neuroprotective role. Method By a random number table 120 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups,namely non-epilepsy group( 20 )and the epilepsy group( 100 ),in which epilepsy group was divided into control group,otophyllum group,valproic acid group and otophyllum + valproic acid group such as 4 subgroups( each 25). Results Otophyllum + valproic acid treatment group,the total effective rate was 92%,with 72% of the group oto-phyllum and valproic acid group compared to 76%,there was a big difference,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05) . Epilepsy group in the hippocampus of rat cortical c-fos and c-jun expression,there was a big difference compared with the control group( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Otophyllum glycosides and valproate antiepileptic best,can effectively reduce seizure frequency and brain cell apoptosis,and high security,it is worth further promotion and in clinical use.
