目的：探讨预见性护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法：分析60例乳腺癌患者临床资料，依据护理方法不同进行临床分组，比较其效果。结果：观察组乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能恢复效果明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：预见性护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期应用后可以有效地促进患者术后肢体功能恢复，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토예견성호리재유선암환자위수술기호리중적효과。방법：분석60례유선암환자림상자료，의거호리방법불동진행림상분조，비교기효과。결과：관찰조유선암환자술후상지공능회복효과명현우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론：예견성호리재유선암환자위수술기응용후가이유효지촉진환자술후지체공능회복，제고생활질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach result of of breast cancer patients by predictive nursing in peri operation period. Method To analyze 60 cases breast cancer patients clinical data was detected which was to be divided into control group 30 cases and detection group 30 ca-ses. Results The effect of postoperative recovery of upper limb function of detection group was better than control group,the difference were statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The restoration of limb function in patients after operation of breast cancer patients by pre-dictive nursing in peri operation period is improved,the quality of life is increased,which is to be used.
