目的：探讨曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗功能性频发室性早搏患者的有效性。方法：选取收治功能性频发室性早搏120例患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组使用曲美他嗪片20 mg，3次/d，美托洛尔12.5 mg，2次/d，逐步增加到25 mg，2次/d；对照组使用美托洛尔12.5 mg，2次/d，逐步增加到25 mg，2次/d，治疗2周。结果：治疗组有效率为85%，对照组有效率为70%，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05），治疗组患者早搏减少、症状改善程度优于对照组（ P﹤0.05），不良反应无明显差异。结论：曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗频发室性早搏患者临床有效。
목적：탐토곡미타진연합미탁락이치료공능성빈발실성조박환자적유효성。방법：선취수치공능성빈발실성조박120례환자，수궤분성치료조화대조조。치료조사용곡미타진편20 mg，3차/d，미탁락이12.5 mg，2차/d，축보증가도25 mg，2차/d；대조조사용미탁락이12.5 mg，2차/d，축보증가도25 mg，2차/d，치료2주。결과：치료조유효솔위85%，대조조유효솔위70%，량조간비교차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05），치료조환자조박감소、증상개선정도우우대조조（ P﹤0.05），불량반응무명현차이。결론：곡미타진연합미탁락이치료빈발실성조박환자림상유효。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of functional frequent premature ventricular beats by trimetazidine tablets combined with metoprolol tablets. Method Selecting 120 patients with functional frequent premature ventricular beats who were trea-ted was used as the study object. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with metoprolol tablets(12. 5mg twice a day,gradually increase its dosage to 25mg twice a day). The treatment group was treated with trimetazi-dine tablets(20 mg three times a day)and metoprolol tablets(12. 5 mg twice a day,gradually increase its dosage to 25mg twice a day) . Both groups were treated for two weeks. Results The effective rate was 85% in the treated group and that of the control group was 70%. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0. 05). The reduction of premature ventricular beats and improving clinical symptoms in treat group. It was significant better than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05 ). Adverse reactions was not significant differ-ence. Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of treating functional frequent premature ventricular beats by trimetazidine tablets combined with metoprolol tablets is effective.
