目的：将左氧氟沙星三联疗法同阿莫西林三联疗法进行比较来验证它们对于消化性溃疡的治疗效果。方法：本次研究选择160例消化性溃疡患者，将这些患者随机分成两组，一组为试验组，另一组为对照组。针对于试验组的患者，笔者对他们采用左氧氟沙星三联疗法进行治疗，则对对照组的患者使用阿莫西林三联疗法进行治疗。结果：相较于对照组，左氧氟沙星三联疗法的疗效更好，试验组与对照组之间的差异在统计学上具有意义（ P﹤0.05）；而在不良反应发生的比率方面，试验组与对照组之间的差异在统计学上没有意义（ P>0.05）。结论：在临床效果方面左氧氟沙星三联疗法与阿莫西林三联疗法差别不大，并且两者的不良反应发生的比率都比较低，但是如果要将经济因素考虑在内的话，我们更应该推广左氧氟沙星三联疗法。
목적：장좌양불사성삼련요법동아막서림삼련요법진행비교래험증타문대우소화성궤양적치료효과。방법：본차연구선택160례소화성궤양환자，장저사환자수궤분성량조，일조위시험조，령일조위대조조。침대우시험조적환자，필자대타문채용좌양불사성삼련요법진행치료，칙대대조조적환자사용아막서림삼련요법진행치료。결과：상교우대조조，좌양불사성삼련요법적료효경호，시험조여대조조지간적차이재통계학상구유의의（ P﹤0.05）；이재불량반응발생적비솔방면，시험조여대조조지간적차이재통계학상몰유의의（ P>0.05）。결론：재림상효과방면좌양불사성삼련요법여아막서림삼련요법차별불대，병차량자적불량반응발생적비솔도비교저，단시여과요장경제인소고필재내적화，아문경응해추엄좌양불사성삼련요법。
Objective The triple therapy with levofloxacin amoxicillin triple therapy was compared to verify that peptic ulcer were trea-ted with them. Method This study selected 160 patients with peptic ulcer,these patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group was experimental group,the other group was control group. For patients in the experimental group,we used levofloxacin triple therapy for treatment,then for the control group of patients with amoxicillin triple therapy treatment. Results Compared to the control group,the efficacy of levofloxacin triple therapy was better,the difference was statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group( P﹤0. 05);while the ratio of incidence of adverse reactions,the difference was not statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group( P> 0. 05). Conclusion In the clinical effect of the triple therapy with levofloxacin amoxicillin triple therapy is not very different,and both the rate of adverse events are relatively low,but if you want to economic factors into account,we should promote levoflox-acin triple therapy.
