目的：探讨肿瘤合并低钠血症患者的临床特点及预后。方法：对初治的466例肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果：肿瘤合并低钠血症者96例，占20.6%，低钠组与对照组肿瘤大小及生存时间方面比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；不同程度的低钠血症患者肿瘤大小及生存时间方面比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05），治疗后血钠仍低组及治疗后血钠正常组生存时间两者比较差异有统计学意意义（ P﹤0.001）。结论：肿瘤大小与低钠血症有关，肿瘤合并低钠血症者较未合并者的生存时间短；治疗后血钠未恢复正常者较恢复者预后更差，故应及早诊断和治疗。
목적：탐토종류합병저납혈증환자적림상특점급예후。방법：대초치적466례종류환자진행회고성분석。결과：종류합병저납혈증자96례，점20.6%，저납조여대조조종류대소급생존시간방면비교차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）；불동정도적저납혈증환자종류대소급생존시간방면비교차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05），치료후혈납잉저조급치료후혈납정상조생존시간량자비교차이유통계학의의의（ P﹤0.001）。결론：종류대소여저납혈증유관，종류합병저납혈증자교미합병자적생존시간단；치료후혈납미회복정상자교회복자예후경차，고응급조진단화치료。
Objective To evaluate the clinical features and prognosis of cancer complicated with hyponatremia. Method The clinical data of 466 patients with cancer were studied retrospectively. Results The incidence rate of hyponatremia in cancer was 20. 6%. patients of two groups had statistical significance in incidence size of tumor and survival time(P﹤0. 05). Patients of different level hyponatremia had statistical significance in incidence size of tumor and survival time(P﹤0. 05). The patients who did not fully regain normal values of serum sodium,had poorer survival compared with the patients with normal serum sodium(P﹤0. 001). Conclusion The size of tumor is associated with hyponatremia,the survival time of tumor patients complicated with hyponatremia is poorer than that of tumor patients without hy-ponatremia;After treatment,the prognosis of patients with hyponatremia is poorer than that of patients with normal serum sodium,so it should be early diagnosis and treatment.
