目的：探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝378例的临床资料。结果：378例（399侧）均顺利手术。手术时间（一侧）37~56 min，平均43.6 min，术后切口疼痛12例（为局部麻醉患者），5例切口局部红肿，3例术后低热，均经对症切口护理、抗生素预防感染治疗均治愈，未见排斥反应病例。随访12~24个月，无复发病例。结论：腹股沟疝充填式无张力修补术具有操作简单，安全有效，复发率低，手术适应证宽，是目前治疗腹股沟疝的最佳方法。
목적：탐토무장력산수보술치료복고구산적림상료효。방법：회고성분석채용산배충전식무장력산수보술치료복고구산378례적림상자료。결과：378례（399측）균순리수술。수술시간（일측）37~56 min，평균43.6 min，술후절구동통12례（위국부마취환자），5례절구국부홍종，3례술후저열，균경대증절구호리、항생소예방감염치료균치유，미견배척반응병례。수방12~24개월，무복발병례。결론：복고구산충전식무장력수보술구유조작간단，안전유효，복발솔저，수술괄응증관，시목전치료복고구산적최가방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect in the therapy of inguinal hernia via non-tensile herniorrhaphy with hernial ring filling. Method Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 378 patients with hernia of groin. Results Surgical treatment of 378 ca-ses. Operation time( one side)37 ~ 56 min,an average of 43. 6 min. Postoperative wound pain in 12 cases,5 cases incision local swelling, three cases of postoperative fever. All patients were symptomatic and incision care,antibiotics to prevent infection treatment were cured,and no cases of rejection. Followed up from 12 to 24 months,no recurrence. Conclusion The mesh-plug tension-free repair is a simple,safe, effective,low recurrence rate,surgical treatment of inguinal hernia indications broader approach. It is one kind of the best way for the treat-ment of inguinal hernia.
